Spotted these bikes out on the streets of Hartlepool?

The town’s Neighbourhood Policing Team has issued the photos as officers from CID try to find the pedal cycles after a burglary.

The bikes, collectively worth thousands of pounds, were stolen around 4.30am on Monday, August 10, from an address in Clifton Avenue.

The bikes are described by Cleveland Police as:

• A specialist Pitch men's black pedal bike

• A Cube ladies 16/17in pedal bike

• A Cube men's 19in black and red pedal bike with white stickers and Garmin Mount Shinano pedals. The owner's name was written on a sticker on the seat.

Anyone with information regarding the burglary or anyone who may have been offered for sale one of the bikes, or may know of their whereabouts, is asked to contact Pc Lorene Haworth from Hartlepool CID on the non-emergency number 101.
